　　This product is the latest dry dedusting facility, which has many advantages such as low coat, small floor space, low energy consumption, high clean efficiency,easy operation, stable,runing and so on. It is utilized in gas cleaning of 255-380m³ or other larger volume blast furnace. The following is main features:

l          Cylinder casing (lower casing is cone) and middle cone hopper are fabricated as per pressure resistance 0.25 Mpa. To guarantee safety production ,it has 0.4Mpa pressure resistance, and is equipped with 0.2Mpa diaphragm relief explosion valve.

l          All key parts are imported, which improve the stable runing of complete unit. Among the key parts:

The operation life of diaphragm is ≥1,000,000 times.

Level switch tests accurately and has seldom breakdown

Leakage annuniciator on the casing feeds back quickly and tests accurately.

l          Continuous temperature of bag is 260℃, the peak is up to 280℃. The life can be guaranteed 24 months, when the gas temperature is around 200℃.

l          The cleaning method with many advantages is off-line using low nitrogen pressure.

l          Nitrogen without moisture and contaminants is the mos ideal cleaning medium and the consumption is small. The pressure reverse air fan, a lot of valves and ducts are removed by nitrogen cleaning system. Not the cost is lowered, but also energy consumption is reduced, operation is safety an automation is high.

l          The –off line cleaning method improves the dedusting efficiency. The outlet emission is ≤ 10mg/m³( normally about 5 mg/m³) after the gas is filtrated. The problem of gas reilef when the reverse air clean takes place is solved. No pollution to air.

l          PLC for the control system can be operated automatically.The operation is stable and maintenance work is reduced.

l          This product has been sucessfully applied in 350 m³ blast furnace of Hangzhou steel group company.

l          If choose GORE Tex, the filtration velocity can be up to 1.2-2.0m/min(The velocity is 2-3 times as much as the velocity of common fabric). It has many advantages such as :

Longer life.The life of bag is guaranteed  more than 36 months.

Higher cleaning efficiency. The outlet emission is 5mg/m³( normally about 2 mg/m³) after the gas is filtrated.

Less quantities of module. The module of the bag house can be reduced to a half.
